The Champs Royaux is a combination of fruit from the Domaine and some locally-purchased fruit. The wine is treated in the same manner as the Premier Crus from Fevre. The 2007 vintage is considered a "classic" vintage by many because of the noticeable minerality, linear fruit, and good acidity. And this displays the vintage perfectly. A delicious, focused Chablis with some green apple and white peaches, lots of mineral, and great acidity.
